 - 직원들을 원망만 했으며, 직원들이 자기 일처럼 열심히 하지 못한 것을 탓하기만 하였습니다. 

 결국 자신에게 실패의 원인이 아니라 상대방에게 그 원인을 찾은점이 문제였습니다. 단순하게 목표를 말하고 그 목표를

 이루어라고 하면 어떤 직원도 할 수 없는데, 그 직원들이 그 목표를 어떻게 이루는지 방법을 알려줘야 하는데, 배상은
